The figures are similar, so if the perimeters have the ratio 4:121, all other corresponding lengths have the ratio 4:121, too.

So if the side in the smaller figure is 22, it has to be (22 : 4) * 121 = 665.5 in the other one, because 22 : 665.5 = 4 : 22.

the ratio 4:121 means that
P of the smaller figure = multiple of 4
P of the larger figure = multiple of 121

Small P/Large P = Small side/Large side

4/121 = 22/x

cross multiply...
4(x) = 22(121)
4x = 2662
x = 665.5

it would be 4/22 equals 121/x so 4x= 121times 22 by cross multiplying so 2662=4x

2662/4 =x

so x =665.5

Let x be the length of the larger figure.
By proportionality, we have
4:121 = 22:x
Solve for x,
x = 665.5 cm

4 : 121 = 22 : x =

4x = 22(121) =

4x = 2662 =

4x / 4 = 2662 / 4

x = 2662 / 4

x = 665.5
