India is suffering from bad form. They are suffering from tremendous pressure, and they are very sad after being knocked out from the early stage of the huge tournament.India needs support in this stage. This the bad situation India had ever suffered after 16 years, where cricket is considered as tradition in India.India needs moral support, confidence, good form with superb aggression which only desi coach can provide at this stage. An interim coach can understands the feelings and sentiments of that country and can give moral support to the team , which ultimately boosts the confidence on the players.A foreigner coach would have been great option if India was not defeated like this.A foreigner coach will not understand the feelings and sentiments of indian players up to the mark which interim coach can sort this problem. So international coach would not be better option at this stage but a desi coach is quite good for india./

Foreign coach is good rather than indian coach. Now we don't have professional coaches. And the all indian former players are supporting senior players. So you cant expect good result . Sachin lose his form since 2003. But he manage and still he is at team . So if indian comes to coach this is good for senior not for indian cricket.

As long as the players are disciplined to respect the Coach keeping aside their reputation and glory in the game, I think no coach will be successfull in Indian cricket.

I think you mean a foreign coach when you say an international coach. Anyone as long as he delivers. We have very experienced ex cricketers who have the ability to coach and inspire Team India to victory - Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev and Mohinder Amarnath come immediately to the mind.

Not at all. Look for someone patriotic former Indian test cricketer and give him the job. But coaches does not win games for your country its the players who has to perform in the middle. Regenerate your team and if you want to see good results in the future you will have to take some bitter decisions. Good bye to old "masters" and bring in fresh, young blood and do not allow them any thing except cricket I mean don't let them go to modeling and other junk.

No. I think Indian Coach is better for our team. My choice is Kris. Srikanth. He is to became Indian cricket coach. He is the big motivater. Under his training Indian under19 team has won world cup. So he has to became Indian Coach .
