Those are not conservatives pal. Religious extremists while conservative in some respects do not represent the Conservative political ideology in America. Just because they voted in mass for the current Republican regime, does not make them Conservative. As we all know the current Republican regime is NOT Conservative.
You weaken yourself and your argument when you generalize and lump everyone together. You simply come off as ignorant and biased. That is your problem, you marginalize your enemy and that will be your downfall.

I believe the Lord gave man free will to choose what he believes. I also believe that he left man in charge of the planet. I think that he set the world up to go through weather and climate changes, and then let it operate on its own. I don't think he touches his finger to the ocean and causes hurricanes and tsunamis. Because of God there is science. He set it all in motion.
I am part of the religious right. I listen to scientific evidence and make decisions for myself, but I can always find a way that it started with God. You should lighten up a little. Maybe you should investigate the Bible...you may find more answers than you think.

You are correct that you cannot argue with people with strong religious views. You can listen to them and disagree, but it does no good. There is a museum opening up in Kentucky recently where it shows early humans frolicking with dinosaurs! They believe that the earth is only 6,000 years old, that God created the universe in six days, and that every word in the bible is true. How absurd! You just cannot argue with these irrational people. It is amazing that with all of the information about the history of our planet that anyone with two brain cells to rub together could believe such fairy tales, but they do.
I don't understand why there is so much hatred and anger by those who deny that Global Warming is real and that mankind is making it worse. I believe that those who are passionate in favor of acting to prevent global warming and those who believe it is a hoax can come to common ground, but the anti-global warmers seem to be irrational when it comes to this issue. They attack and insult those who want to take prudent steps to address this problem.

If people want to believe that something that they read in a book that cannot be confirmed as truth is more factual than science that can be confirmed beyond a shadow of a doubt, then fine. What sounds more logical to you? "it has been scientifically proven that there is a hole in the ozone layer" or "my pastor told us that the earth is this way because God is mad at us"

I believe in God but do not think the world is only 10,000 years old. Science and religon (and God) are not mutually exclusive no matter how much you wish them to be.
Oh answer to your question. I did not know that Global warming and Religon were at war...

You cant leave everything up to God. This is why God gave everyone individual thoughts. If you believe Global Warming is not real than answer the question I just posted. I think War is an attack against God. Why dont they leave it up to God to protect us from terrorists? Man created War.

first of all you hate God, it is obvious that you believe that you have all the answers. The Bible gives a time line of about 6000 years since the beginning of the world. I am a strong Christian, but in no way believe the Earth is only 6000 years old. For a simpleton like you to say Christians are ignorant is a testament to your supposed open minded ways. I believe in God and Science, so what category do you put me in, Sir?

Revelations talks about climatic events that have never happened in recorded history. One is 100 pound hailstones. since that never occurred in the past one can rationalize that our climate couldn't create them. a Warmer atmosphere will produce weather events previously unheard of. hence, there has to be a change in the environment for some of the Revelation prophesy to take place. Global warming is fulfillment of prophesy.

Did it ever happen to all and sundry that it does no longer be in all and sundry's optimal perfect activity for that 97% of scientists to declare something diverse than what the international tells them they are meant to? The "international eco-friendly flow" needs medical credibility to peddle their extreme priced schedule. It canvases each element from greater effective extreme priced cleansing products to pumping money optimal international places have not have been given into decision potential factors. i'd desire to assert the eco-friendly flow is larger of a faith than something - human beings worshiping the created, rather of the author. rather, international warming does exist. The planet is going by potential of way of classes of organic and organic cooling and warming. guy does effect the ambience. no one denies that. the challenge is as quickly as you have rubbish like carbon credit, cap and commerce and wind potential and politicians turning it into some form of idol which costs us a brilliant form of money. they are waiting to declare all day long that someplace indoors the North Pole there's a polar undergo floating off course on what grew to alter into into as immediately as a glacier and how a coal plant in West Virginia or a production facility in Thailand added approximately that. Horse crap.

Well you can't argue with it, but, if you don't try, the results are pretty ridiculous. Consider what happens when religion gets total power - treatment of women in certain Fundametalist Muslim countries, the Inquisition, "Intelligent design" curriculum, murder of heretics, the Salem Witch Trials, etc. etc. etc.
