Rarely, but my coworkers do and I use their names for our customers. It's really the only way for us all to know who we're talking about. Outside of work, everyone is pretty much "that guy" or "that woman."

I sure do. Like tasty little morsel in work overalls (for the gardener), tasty little morsel in white coat (for the doctor), tasty little morsel with blue uniform (for the police officer) and so on...
