me and my friend were in her room and we saw somthing move for no reason we were so scared omg what do i do we asked if there was a ghost and it or whatever it was said yes we asked qustions and it answerd it was scary a while ago we geard a scream and everyone was in the room help me im scared i left her house in a fright

Ask what it wants. Ghosts are only here for one reason, to finish business that they started before they died. When you figure out what it wants, try to help it and it should pass on.

If there was really a ghost and you are afraid of it then you should wear a cross on your body like in a necklace or piercing or such and keep a bible by your bed at night. it will help you be safe and of course if you are christian then ask God for help. I know this tips works because one of my friends experienced it a little while back and now he is ghost free.
You should bring your friend to you for the night and see if the ghost are at her place tomorrow again. if it is then you should ask a priest for help to send the ghost home to the other side so the spirit can relax and be happy not wandering around here in agony and sorrow. But be home with family
I have helped a few ghosts home these last years so i know you don't have to be worried as long as you know what you are doing to help them.
