What's the difference between Superconsciousness and Cosmic Consciousness?

Future, my question is precisely for the definitions. I'm reading a book which addresses these concepts but doesn't bother defining them (as if they are working knowledge). I asked a question like this using Superconsciousness vs other variants of consciousness (if you look at my past questions). According to someone's answer these terms are based on some other guys book (Burke?) which isn't the one I'm reading.

SK, I'm too lazy to use the spell check for the title since it automatically doesn't spell check the title. And yes, I'm that pathetically spelling impaired that I cannot even recognize a correct spelling.

It is just that last time I posted a question like this (initially in the religion/spirituality section), I got a snarky response about my spelling by a poster. Ah, but then again it was by a bible thumper who of course didn't know the answer. Well, I reposted the question in philosophy and received intelligent answers and no one said anything about my spelling.

Cosmic consciousness is a consciousness of the cosmos, knowing the life and order of the universe. It is considered a higher, yet at present an exceptional peak in human evolution which our race is expected to reach in the distant future.

Consciousness refers to the complete alert state of the mind, and its sensory systems. Often considered the upper state of existences, in which self-awareness and individuality originate within the brain.

Various religions and concepts of existence accept the idea that a cosmic consciousness exists, and through various forms of conditioning of the body, it is possible to interconnect with this cosmic consciousness and interact with it.


Super conscious state: Also knownas samadhi
In Samadhi non-duality or oneness is experienced. This is the deepest and highest state of consciousness where body and mind have been transcended and the Yogi is one with the Self or God.

Cosmic consciousness maybe taken to mean to total sum of cosnciousness there is at all! Super consciousness is vast yet contained therein. (Pls. be aware that this my personnal understanding about these two terms)
