I had a tubal done in 2001, and my periods have always been very regular. I have now not had a period since the end of febuary and am getting concerned I may be pregnant. I have morning sickness, heartburn that I have never in my life had swollen breasts and I am having complete strangers tell me I have the "pregnancy glow" is it possible?

Yes it is possible. Please go to a doctor and get a blood test done, which will be more accurate.

If you are pregnant there is a higher chance that it is a tubal pregnancy which can become serious very quickly.

Pregnancy is possible. In tubal ligation a small section of each fallopian tubes is removed. In a low percentage of cases the tubes regenerate these missing parts. If/when that happens pregnancy is again possible.

Yes it is possible. Tubals are not always forever. See a doctor as soon as possible.
