Bi refers to people who do not discriminate on the basis of gender, a lesbian is a woman who loves women, and a dike is a wall in Holland that holds the water back (I think you meant "dyke").

A bisexual person is someone who is attracted to both males and females. A lesbian is a woman who is attracted to other women. Dyke (check your spelling) is just a slang (often percieved as negative) term for lesbian.

"Dyke" is a slang term for lesbian, and the word lesbian refers to a female homosexual. "Bi" means bisexual, so it refers to a person who will have sex with men and women.
