Where is Kognitto. Can't find it on the map. My friend said he'd be there.?

Did he say he was incognito? Because if he did, it just meant he was doing something in an anonymous fashion. He may have been just using a false name. Kognitto is not any place I have heard of or can search.

You can't find it 'cause it's spelled Cognito! I think it's somewhere around Genuous.
