I like to get my hosting for free, so i use 1111mb.com which gives you 2gb space, add free, 10 mysql databases. or freehostia.com which gives you 2gb and 1 mysql data base, no ads, has fantastio and is very reliable.

Personally, I use a company called Kwintek. They do hosting at very reasonable prices. Goto their website and call them for prices.
