Since we don't like ham we are having turkey because it was free from points earned at market. Salad, hard boiled eggs, rolls, potatoes and extras added before the actual meal is cooked. Maybe lasagna, also.

Honeybaked ham, Macaroni & cheese, candied yams, waldorf salad, and greens (mixed or collards) and deviled eggs. For dessert, we keep it light with jello and whipped cream or some type of creme pie (choclate or coconut custard).

Until now, i did not know there was such a thing.... we just had church on easter sunday, then ate whatever was cooked! but nothing was a tradition!

I don't do anything in a traditional manner.
This year I'll probably have:
low fat cottage cheese
low carb yogurt
salmon
zucchini
sounds yummy, doesn't it. NOT!!
