Call of Duty Game of the Year?

I have just bought COD Game of the Year and no matter what I do it will not download onto the PC. So I take it back they give me another one. It will not load onto the PC. So I exchange it again it will not load. I have downloaded the patch no help, of course the shop I bought it will not give me a refund. Any one with any sensible ideas about this piece of crap I bought. What a rip off.

please mention the exact problem what ur pc shows.. i can help u only after knowing the right problem.
maybe the CD's are not corrupt.. or some other problem
