Hey. I am an Indian supporter but more than that I am a cricket fan. Yes, India's exit from the World Cup was untimely and of course I am disappointed with the manner of their departure from this tournament. However, the teams that beat India and Pakistan played good, solid cricket on the day and they deserved to go through.
Just because India lost does not mean that I will stop watching the World Cup. There are still some fantastic teams left in the competition and the games are going right down to the wire. The crowds are a bit sad but the matches are great.
I wouldn't really be supporting any team currently, just hoping that the best team wins. If I had to pick a side to root for, I would pick Sri Lanka simply because I think they are a well balanced side and I like the way they play their cricket.
I suppose they would have to be the neutrals' favourites.

It hurts when your team loses in such a miserable manner and that too in a world cup tournament. But, it does not mean that our love for cricket has died. A sportsman should always be honest and as they say first come the home then the city then the country and then the region so after sad exit of India and Pakistan my best wishes are for Sri Lankans and I honestly believe that they deserve it too. The way they are playing in this tournament really deserves a word of praise. So best wishes to Mahela Jaywardene and his boys!

i was a little worried that india did not make it. But it is just a game, so we got to accept it as a mere sport. Now, I wud like any other team, other than Australia to win. I think I need some surprise... it has been australia for awhile, i suppose so...

As far as I am concerned, I am only interested to watch the matches hard fought which ends in nail biting finish and as
such I like to teams which plays such matches without any partisan spirit.

Australia. They deserve it. But i think their bowling effort is not good enough . But a smart captain can manage it and easily get a cup.
