I think that Britney seems like she's happier and getting better. She needs to take parenting a bit more seriously and shouldn't be going out to clubs very much, if even at all. It depends on what her therapist/family has to say about it in court.

absolutely. we can't look at her as a human being who makes mistakes. she lives a much different life style and there are mom's out there that take much worse care of their kids. she is having a rough time but, deserves to have her kids and raise them happily. taking them from her will just destroy her more. from mom to mom, i know she can do it, no one can get better when they lose the most precious things in their life, their kids. she loves her kids, no doubt. if papparazzi would stop chasing her down and the world scrutinizing her so badly, we would see that she is a wonderful mom who loves her kids, and has problems like most other americans. Go britney!!

I never thought I would say this, but I think K-Fed is definately the more stable parent... They need to do what is best for those 2 little boys, no matter who their crazy parents are... I don't think that K-Fed should have sole custody, because I think that not being able to be with her boys will just lead here down the wrong path some more..

I can't believe people are actually answering this question like they really know Britney Spears personally. None of us really know what goes on her life, only what the media tells us. This issue is between her ex-husband and the courts. Geez, why do people analyze celebrities life's, when in reality they have no control about what goes on.

I don't know, but according to reports the ink was dried on the documents several days ago by her and Kevin. They agreed to joint custody. The attorneys still have to get it to the judge, but they both agreed and signed, so it's a done deal at this point.

I don't think she should have full custody at this time. She has not been out of rehab that long, she had gone for a loop for months, a month long stay at rehab does not fix that kind of bender.
She needs to share custody and get herself mentally back on her feet and be able to demonstrate she has the good common sense to put her children first not her hairbrained antics.

Historically, children have a better chance of becoming responsible adults if both parents are active in their lives...as opposed to single parent, foster parent or unrelated adult care.
If you are asking whether she should get them over K-Fed, I'd probably say "no", based on her zany antics (late-night parties with no panties, going bald and in/out/in/out of rehab).
She OBVIOUSLY has issues (i.e., demons) that need to be addressed and rectified.
K-Fed (the joke that he is) has at least shown more responsibility since all this crap has been piling on.
Don't get me wrong - I think that both of these two over-inflated bozo, no-talent celebrities should NEVER have had children and should BOTH get sterilized so they never will again.
Hell, K-Fed dumped his old girlfriend and abandoned the child with that girl to shack up with Britney.
But in the end, it would be for the best if the kids had their real parents...but ONLY if they become responsible adult parents.

Of coarse she should not get custody of her children. That would only be a good idea if the law people want the children to be traumatized.

Not until she proves that she is stable and able to handle the care for them.
Of course, she could just hire a nanny to take care of the kids!

I'm an absent-minded, seventeen-year-old without a job and I'd probably do a better job raising those kids than she could.
