your band size has nothing to do with the actual size of your breasts. It means that you may have lost weight across your back. I gained some weight and went from 36C to 38C, only difference in my chest was the band changing. I gained weight across my back.

Are you sure that's the right size for you? Going from a 36 down to a 32 is a very significant change. Have you been measured properly by a store like nordstroms? I recommend getting measures every year. Most women in america are wearing the wrong size and/or wrong type of bra.

Well, it could be several different reasons, but the most likely is that you weren't wearing the proper size to begin with. Most of us don't! It's also possible that you lost weight. A 32C is the equivalent of a 36A. When you go down in band sizes, you must go up in cup sizes. Have you ever compared a 32A with a 38A? They are definitely not the same size, even though they are both A cups. Long story short, Your breasts are definitely smaller (for whatever reason) if you've gone down 2 band sizes, but the cup didn't go up!
