2002 Camaro ,signals stopped working ,put on new flasher now they blink slow .

i own a repair shop and a weak flasher will cause this or having the wrong bulb in one can also cause it, you.ll need to check all the bulbs to be sure that they are the right size for it,and also a bad ground wire will cause this to happen also,that's the most common cause for this is a bad ground wire,good luck i hope this helps.

well if the flasher is wrong, that can happen.
If one of the bulbs is burned out, that side will blink fast.
I would bet on the flasher being the wrong one

Got bulbs? and do they ALL blink?
Flashers use the voltage going through them to make the bi-metal strip heat up and cycle on and off.
If you have one bulb that's blownout, it won't work right.
Front lights, side lights, and tail lights.

Wrong bulbs, or wrong flasher, assuming they all light up.
