If your butt is exposed, yes. If you are not disturbing any piece or breaking any other laws, then no. You could, however, be fined for littering. Have fun.. make sure you are not intoxicated because the cops might think so.

It depends on where you live. It might be acceptable in San Francisco or Provincetown but most communities might consider it lewd behavior at the very least.
