I use Adobe's "Classroom in a Book" and Adobe's web site has tutorials and Photoshop has tutorials.

Books are easer if you want to learn how each menu button works. Online tutorials focus more on just how to do something particular.

Books leave it up to you how to do a specific effect, while you can easily do a search online.

get a 'Dummies' book where ever. I think that if you do a tutorial online, then you'll keep having to switch back and forth between screen and it'd get annoying. With a book, you can have Navigation pictures and you can read and interact at your own pace.
