Congress is starting to reclaim its power. After 9/11 the American people mistakenly let the President have to much power and are no starting to realize their mistake.

No matter what "new clauses" that conservatives "invent" now, you can bet your bottom dollar that decades from now the liberals will read that clause anyway that they feel like.

Um... do you know anything about the liberal nature of the Courts in this country? Think twice before you think ONE side is the only side capable of ignoring the consitution. BOTH parties are against us buddy. WAKE UP

Oooooh... big scary conspiracy! Our govenrment has worked the same way for well over 200 years. You just can't handle it when pragmatism wins out over extremism.
