My flower horn fish is unwell. It lyes flat on the surface without swimming. It shows some freaky movements. Blood circulation is proper and eyes have not turned white. But it is not active lying down and Just breathing and Drinking Water. What can be done to solve this and why did this happem

Ammonia poisoning is certainly a good possibility here. Double check the water temperature too. Also make sure your filter it running properly and that you have plenty of water circulation, low dissolved oxygen in the tank could cause this as well. There are of course various diseases that cause these symptoms, but without any other symptoms I would be inclined to go in the direction of water conditions.

Sounds like ammonia poisoning.
