Some of that is possible. Although I think the long-living is due to the fact that sin had a gradual progressive effect on the human body.
I don't go for the fallen angels stuff, personally.
But living a few hundred years could make somebody into quite a genius.
There are records all over the earth of a universal flood - I don't see why people have so much trouble believing that one.

To be honest, I think it was a mistranslation on the part of people who use a solar calendar, mistranslating the words of people who used a lunar calendar. When I was young, I used to hear the expression "moons" as in "many moons ago". I took it for granted that a "moon" was a year. In my adulthood, I learned that we used to use a lunar calendar. In the lunar calendar, time was measured in 13 months of 28 days, plus an extra day at the end of the year, hence the expression, "a year and a day". I think that someone accustomed to a solar calendar, read an expression or word related to a lunar calendar, and mistranslated a lunar expression pertaining to a month, as a year instead. 500 months in a lifespan would make far more sense in the context of what we know of lifespans in ancient times. That is my story, and I am sticking to it.

After God flooded the sinful people on this earth. God realized that humans are too sinful and does not want humans to live over 115. There's a verse in the bible that he shorten or life span to 115 years (I need to find my notes on that. but we can live beyond that limit). Humans were meant to live more than 100 years. If they didn't have that much time, Adam and Eve would not produce a lot of children to take care of the world.

it only seemed that way. before the flood they measured years in 6 month increments. after the flood they switched to the current day calender. things in the bible arent meant to be taken literally. you have to keep in mind that those things were passed on for several generations before they were even put into writing.

No pollution.
No war.
No atomic bombs.
No guns.
No cigarettes.
No getting drunk and binge drinking.
I honestly don't think the Bible tells the truth, at all. People couldn't've lived hundreds of years. It just doesn't seem possible.
