I have always been a fan of Sears Die-Hard. Before you wreck a new battery, though, check your charging system. If your voltage regulator is bad, then your battery will drain and a new battery will be toast in no time.

i own a repair shop and i use a battery called a deka 1000 its about the best one i have found ,if you cant find one of those the sears die hard is also a good battery too,the warranty on a battery is very important, the better the battery is the better the warranty will be on it,so you can sort of judge it by this, there's a lot of other good brands out there, advance auto parts has one called an optima, its real good, but very expensive though, these days you can get a good one or a cheap one,the choice is yours, good luck with it hope this helps.

If you're going to ruin another battery, why ruin an expensive one?

Get the cause of the problem fixed first.

Interstate Batteries( that's all they do..)

lol, dont go for the highest CCA, your vehicle and engine will determine what CCA you need, other than that look at the warranty offered, I use Die Hard batteries, but then again I need 2 batteries with 1000 CCA each.

They are sooo generic, that the only things to look at are capacity, price and warranty, and that they'll fit.
