its alright as long as you watch them as soon as you put them in to make sure they won't act aggressive to each other and every now and then check and see if they have had their babies because once they do you need to get those babies out into a breeder net that can be hooked to the inside of the tank to seperate them so the adult fish don't eat the babies.good luck!

There will be more fry eaten,but if you put a lot of bushy floating plants in there some few may survive.

I wouldn't recommend it. If you watch them then it may be okay.
