About urine...?

Question

If osmotic gradient rises up to 3000 mosm, absence of ADH, what would be the maximum possible concentration of urine?
And why???

Quite apart from the fact that you'd probably die before your Osmo reached 3000 ...

The maximum concentration of urine is determined primarily by the length of the loop of Henle.
