It's not all that hard to breed most tetras. The key to success is providing a proper diet and proper water conditions. WHat those conditions are depends from one to the next, so you would have to research the specific type of tetra you are interested in breeding. Saving eggs and raising the fry can be another story, the fry are very small and you need to plan very carefully in advance to be ready to feed them properly. No. It is very hard to breed tetras in community tank. Because they are very shy. But you have decided to breed them, then 4 pairs of tetras( at least ) you will required for that. Please go through following site.
