The Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) software is performing the check and reporting on the "genuine" status of your operating system. The WGA software can not be uninstalled, at least not through conventional means (not sure if someone has hacked a way to remove it but wouldn't be surprised).

If your copy of Microsoft Windows is genuine, contact Microsoft Support or call their activation phone number to figure out why it is inaccurately reporting your installation. If the software is not genuine, follow the steps on the Microsoft website to get a genuine copy.
