I don't know whether you can. This sounds stupid but my Grandmother who passed away four years ago *did* contact my Grandfather, I don't know how but I know if they want to, it's possible - reading the comments above 'ashes to ashes & dust to dust', is about your human body - ONLY - we are spirits remember?! Just be open, I know it sounds stupid but it won't be obvious if she's contacting you, it'll be subtle, little things - i can't explain it very well, just be open and you may be able to connect - otherwise, time heals all wounds. *huggles* you'll be fine, I've lost 3 Grandparents over the last 4 years, a Great Grandmother, a Dog and other loved ones, you'll be okay I promise! The sadness never fully goes away but as time moves on you no longer feel that horrible sadness that feels like it's never going to end - you will be fine, just take a day at a time :)

You cannot communicate with your dead sister. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. On the day of Resurrection she will be judged as will we all.
Whether that is in the next 10 years (likely) or the next thousand years she will not know if she has been dead a second or a Milena. Beware of Satan's deceptive practices!

I know her and took a course in "crossing over" given by her to communicate with loved ones. She is excellant.
It is not hard to do or learn.

My sister passed away seven years ago and when I feel the need to talk her I just go to her grave site and sit down and tell her what going in everybody life, specially her son. I feel alot better after talking to her.

My Brother Don Died a few years ago, I always talk to him openly but IN YOUR HEART HE IS STILL THERE NO ONE CAN TAKE THAT FROM YOU
GO A HEAD and talk to him openly... believe me I know it is not the same. They have passed and ONE DAY HOPEFULLY you will see her feel her speak with her.

i've lost alot of people close to me at a young age and i say as long as their in your heart their still alive just talk to her when your missing her and i believe she'll hear u i'm so sorry for your loss i can relate it does get easier with time

depending on where you are IE the UK, you should go to a spiritual church its the best way if they want to contact you
