I agree with the ideas of discipline and concentration. However, it also has a lot to do the facilitations provided to these players back in Australia. Australia is a rich country thus they are able to provide better infrastructure, better equipment and better coaches during school years. However, considering England's recent form, it is certainly a surprise that this principle doesn't apply to them.

We must also look at the players are nurtured before being thrusted into the international scene. India, for example, simply catapult younger players into the ODI and Test format.
On the other hand, Australia allow players to improve particular aspects of their game at first-class cricket before they enjoy success on the international level. Just look at Michael Hussey, he had to play first-class cricket for so long before he played for Australia and just look at what he had achieved in such a short timespan.

The Australian cricket authorities are very focused on what they want to achieve. The players play as a cohesive unit and there is a smooth balance between young and old. They are organised and intelligent about the way they play their cricket and they have a great attitude towards the game. They have a good captain and a smart coach. The first-class structure allows players to be more consistent with their form and improves their mental and physical strength. If they play a bad game, they learn from their mistakes and improve on it in the future.
Other countries need to take note of the way cricket is played and structured in Australia.

Australians take their game very seriously n they dont get carried away by the instant money and fame because ACB is very tough and the players are quite profffesional
when they are suppose to play cricket they do exactly the samething and for that they get enough time to relax
and the Aussie fans are not crazy about cricket because they understand its a game of uncertaintatities

Cricket is a totally mental game..
and the oz are mentally very sound and tough guys than any other team...
They can handle the pressure well. Infect that make them more strong. Pressure seems to be driving force for them.....

The pressure of defending champions and pressure of regaining the number one spot which they lost to SA has made them more hard and tough. and look at the result.........

they are playing flawless cricket in the ongoing wold cup..

Aussies are good at sport full stop! I have discussed this with Aussie friends and they say it's because they have such great weather, they're outside all the time, unlike Brits who are forced to be inside a lot for 8 months of the year. UK produces more writers, bands and artists than Aus but we're not that reliable at sport cos we just can't get to practice so easily.

When you are a professional sportsman you have to be very honest and sincere with your job. I think Australians are very much sincere with their "job" because they know its the game of cricket which gives them bread and butter which gives them fame and all the respect. So why not they put their best performance always to prove their sincerity with their profession.
