Sadly, in our society, there are two types of guilt. Social and Criminal. Mr Delay, through the 'evidence' in the media, has lost his job, and is generally looked upon as 'guilty' (as reading the other posts). Only in a criminal court can be found 'officially' guilty.

Society rules one judgement, the Consitution the other.

A blind person could see he was crooked even before the allegations, which have largely been proven to be reliable.

The real question is why are cons so intent on defending a guilty and corrupt set of politicians?

You don't get it do you? The United States is currently controlled by the social fascists of the atheist hard-left.......

Under their rules:

A Democrat is ALWAYS innocent EVEN when proven guilty, but,

A Republican is NEVER innocent, EVER, no matter what......

The ultimate political hack. Delay ranks among the lowest of the low, yet I see him on Meet the Press speaking for republicans. Is there no sense of decency left in the GOP?

Delay has brought all of this on himself. The man spent his entire time in congress attacking and smearing his opponents and has all but admitted he did do exactly what he is accused of.

When you invest so much time engaging in the politics of hate and hypocrisy, you should also expect comeuppance.

you're harmless until shown responsible. via regulation and for the time of basic worry-free sense and information. Being shown responsible, you have too prepare they did the incorrect. in any different case, you haven't any longer any evidence of something consequently they are harmless. Being responsible until shown harmless is extremely ignorant and judgmental.

Yes, he's guilty as sin, and if he was a real man, he would just admit the truth, instead of costing us tax payers millions and millions of dollars to prosecute the republican criminal.
