He is a gifted player i give you that but i think need to come up big alittle bit more. I mean on Monday he gave Yankees insurance policy with the home run and all but when it was bases loaded and 2 out , (last night ) he only need a base hit but didnt get it. He makes alot of money (25 million a year with Texas playing alot of it) so i wonder if Yankees will bring him back.

He just need to have fun and play. I think its will be good to have him back but when it comes to pressure situation i am still not convince he can do it.

Not only does he deserve to stay on the Yankees but he deserves to play SS. Since this will not happen because of Jeters selfishness Arod will be gone come next year.

If the Yankees do not win a Championship this season than A-Rod will most likley opt out of his contract with them. Does he deserve to stay with them? Well, considering that he is one of the top players in all of baseball, I would have to say yes - stupid question by the way.

I am a Red Sox fan, but I totally agree with you. A-Rod is a class act and is a great ball player. My feeling is that any time the Yankees no longer want A-Rod, send him to Boston!! We'd love to have him, one of the best hitters in the game and one who has a winning attitude.

Chow!!

yes, he deserves to stay on the new york yankees, but he doesn't deserve what he is getting, $27 million is tooo much for that kind of player, hes worth $15 million.

Over the last decade, the guy is the best player in the game. It's really hard to argue with the numbers, and he's going to put up massive ones this year.

But he's so frustrating sometimes, especially in spots like last night.

If he wants a ring he will stay put. Besides he doesn't have many options due to his salary. It's the Cubs or Yankees.
