You all want Nancy Pelosi hanged for treason, what about your wonderful president that had a hand in outing a CIA operative, which IS actual Treason, punishable by death.. love how you all side step that to jump on the first band wagon.... Oh I forgot, unless the Republicans told you to think something, you don't.

Please tell me what is different here, both would be acts of treason threatening national security.

Quick answer: BUSH DIDN'T OUT A CIA OPERATIVE, YOU MORON! She blew her own cover and is trying to cover her own blunder by blaming it on a disliked President. I don't think Pelosi committed treason, just that she is a completely incompetent idiot, kind of like you were by asking this question.....

Listen, I don't mind people like you asking stupid questions. I realize they are the only kind of questions you're capable of asking. But at least get your facts straight. Last time I looked, it was Scooter Libby, not the president, who supposedly had a hand in revealing misplame. (How do you "Out" someone who has been "Outed" for years?) Anyway, no one has been convicted of revealing a CIA agents indentity, but rather for lying to a grand jury. And even if someone had been convicted of revealing her indentity, it's not treason punishable by death. Nor is what Pelosi did treason, or even against the law.. It's just incredibly stupid and should be punishable by getting booted out of the speakers position. If you don't like Bush's policies and think he's doing irreperable damage to this country, impeach him. But we don't need 535 secy's of state running around the world sending mixed messages to our enemies. Unfortunately, this is not the first time dumbocrats have done this, and it's starting to piss me off.

Was anyone actually charged with treason in the leak trial/investigation? If not, why not? If you actually had the evidence, and the path was clear, do you not think that a conviction for treason would have been pursued?

It hasn't. That begs the question:

Where are you getting your information from? Do you have information that someone comitted treason that somehow escaped the scope of the trial?

This would be quite a story.

Go check your records, Bush wasn't involved in 'outing' Plame. And its not like she was under cover somewhere on assignment, either. She worked at Langley (thats in Virginia...America). Outing someone who is in no danger ('undercover' at CIA headquarters) if they are outed hardly ranks as treason. Its closer to being impolite. Granted, it damaged her career, but national security? I think not.

Why should Nancy Pelosi be hanged for treason? She went to Syria. We are not at war with Syria. I think that was a dumb thing to do, but being dumb isn't punishable by death (otherwise, nobody would be left alive in Congress).

#1 I'm a Conservative and cannot stomach Palosi
#2 I don't think she is treasoness by any means.
#3 I believe she was duped by the Israels in order to make her look foolish for Bush.
#4 Plaime was not a covert operative and the Bush administration is guilty of nothing more than dirty politics. What party or politician isn't for that matter.

Your blanket statement proves your ignorance and deletes your influence. If you were at the meeting of the minds at a democratic get together they would tell you to sit down, shut up , and to please stop trying to help us.

This is not going to make me popular but the truth sometimes really upsets people with an agenda to follow...

If you check your history you will find that in the 1800's Great Britain and later the USA asked the Palestinians to allow the Jews to migrate back to Palestine. We assured them that we would protect their right to their homeland which they had occupied since the early 600's AD. Later we turned our back on the Palestinian requests to honor out commitment as the Jews redefined the zones so they would have a majority in most areas. Later in the late 1940's the Israelis attacked the Palestinians and changed the name of the country to Israel. Fundamentalist Christians always want to go back to the Bible to show that this land was given to the Jews as their "Promised Land". Since then the Palestinians have been treated as second-class citizens.

There are many stories of Palestinian children being raped and tortured by the Israeli soldiers... and doctors being locked out of hospitals so they can not treat wounded or sick Palestinians... and of Teachers in the schools (especially the Christian private schools such as the schools of the Christian Brothers in Bethlehem) that have the children locked out of classes because the teachers will not teach that Israel has the sole right to the Holy Land from God. Does this justify the violent reaction of the Palestinians militants? Most Palestinians will tell you NO. But some wonder what other recourse do they have.

Then when there was a free election held and the majority of the people elected a government that didn't suit the Israelis or the USA, the USA and Israel withheld the monies earned by the Palestinians in the world market. We claim to desire democracy but when a country exercises its democracy in a free election then we decide to not accept it since we don't like the results of the election. Why do you think that most Muslim nations mistrust our desire when we say that we want to have democracies? They know by our past what we really mean that we only want free elections IF the results suit our needs, our interests, our goals for ourselves and our allies.

By the way, The Holy Land is the religious center of all three religions: Muslim, Christian and Judaism. There are Israelis and Palestinians... WHICH GROUP DO YOU THINK THAT THE CHRISTIANS LIVING IN THE HOLY LAND BELONG TO? Not all Palestinians are Muslim. Many are Orthodox Catholics, Roman Catholic, Lutheran, and other denominations.

The administration didn't want Pelosi to go to Syria but what is the result of her trip? Many of the Syrians say that they welcome the opportunity to talk with the US gov't but that Bush has his personal war and doesn't want to discuss with anyone who doesn't support his ambition to be remembered in history as the Great President who saved the world.

The US had the support of every nation in the world except for a few on the day after the attack on the World Trade Center. Today we have managed to piss off every nation in the world including our neighbors to the north (Canada) and to the south (Mexico). By our refusal to talk over differences, we are now backed into a corner.

We are the strongest nation in the world but are we stronger than the combination of all the other countries united in their disapproval of our Administration?

Nancy Pelosi may not have the approval of the Administration, but she may be the savior who bought us more time to redirect the beliefs of the militants and the terrorists. Most Muslims are anit-America because of our unjust defense of Israel's right to the Holy Land.

We talk of democracy where many different beliefs co-exist. It works here in the USA. Why is it so hard to believe that differing beliefs can live together in other parts of the world also? Until about 2 years ago Sunni and Shiite lived together in the same neighborhoods in peace, just as Catholics and Protestants live together here... We can only win converts to Democracy when we start to practice the democracy that we state we believe in. Democracy is not agreement, it is the respect for others to have the same rights that we ask for ourselves.

It has been said that we will not collapse from an outside force. The only way to destroy the US is from within by our actions. Jingoism is only a good thing when it includes a respect for others jingoistic beliefs.

We have fought enough wars. I am retired from the military and have served in the time of 6 wars. When are we going to give Peace a chance?

Really? You have proof that the President outed a legally covert CIA agent. Funny, even Valerie Plame didn't know if she was covert when she testified. Also, Richard Armitage admitting to "outing" Valerie Plame (even though her husband already had in the Who's Who Book).

Evidence that Pelosi is making a secondary foreign policy in violation of the law? See pictures of her talking to Assad.

Here's a news flash for you genius, Plame was outed long before that by her idiot husband who introduced her at public events as "My Secret Agent Wife" so don't even go there. Nothing is going to excuse Pelosi's treason, Not your whining and not your misdirection. She's a traitor and we're calling for her impeachment and removal. Pelosi went to a terorist state and deliberately lied to make headlines for herself. We even want the Republicans who went with her sent packing so don't bother going there either.

IMPEACH PELOSI NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Liberals and Democrats have so many scandals that have plagued their party that I won't even dignify this asinine question with an answer.

Let's just suffice it to say that BOTH parties have issues.
