Is that today? I would think most restaurants will be open. This not a big Holiday like Christmas and Thanksgiving. Now as far as State and Federal Workers, they off every holiday. Heck, this year I think they were off for Ground Hog Day, but, I may be wrong. ;-p

its the time where places that stay open know they will make really good business. example: of course all fast food places will be open to compete with mcdonalds.
