I find it funny that people are experts on the war....when they have never been to the country or served the war? How can you truly know what is going on when you have not been there? I have served in the war and it really amazes me that people really think they know what they are talking about. Is name calling really need ...when you don't agree with another person opinion?

You will always hear people either talking or posting their comments on something they don't know anything about.

We see it on TV. We see John McCain walking around downtown Baghdad and crowds greeting him with chocolates and flowers. The war was such a cake walk, we didn't encounter much resistance, as a result it was almost the shortest war in history. Much shorter than World War II. However comparisons such as these can easily distort the true reality on the ground.

Do you truly think that if you go see it for yourself with your own eyes that you will understand it? After you've taken the tour of the Kremlin you can explain Russian history to us, right? Visit to the moon and you're an expert on the universe? Step into an operating room and you're a doctor?

It takes more than just a pair of eyes to see whats happening, it takes a brain.

Your don't think name calling is necessary? Why then Oh Great Warrior Woman, do you think war is necessary when people don't agree with each other?

I don't know...

I guess because it is a very hard situation to imagine being in, and people just try to do their best to inform others of what's going on.

But I agree with you that they can never really know unless they've been there themselves, and have witnessed the war first hand.

Ive served as well, and you probably wouldnt like my opinion on the war.
I think its bullshit. I feel it was based on lies and deception. I feel like our military is being used for corporate and political gain.

I don't know why Bush and Cheney act like that. It's puzzling.
