Vaginal discharge is completely normal in Women of all ages. It is abnormal when the discharge starts to smell, or change colour. It is normal for it to be a creamy, white colour - it should be pretty thick. It is also normal for it to be see-through, and for it to look like 'goo' - this usually only happens occasionally. If the discharge changes colour, and goes green, orange or yellow, then it's time to see a doctor because it could be an infection. You should go the doctor even if it smells sourly, but doesn't change colour - this could also be sign of infection.
Good luck.

could be an infection. do the kegel exercises they work for this and please see a doctor and dont hold your pee go as soon as you feel you need to go. you could have weakened your bladder from holding it too long for a lot of years
