Why do you think you would be good in telesales?

Do you have any sales experience, from where and selling what?

What kind of customer service experience do you have?

I had to listen on head phones to a mock phone call, and record all the 'customer's' info on the comptuer, just like I would be placing an order for them. I also had to pass a typing test. But it's easy stuff if you can type....

They will also ask you about how you deal with people, and about any customer service experience you have. That's really important, since you'll be dealing with people all day.

In addition to mock call and data entry, I was also given one of those crazy reasoning tests where they give you five random numbers and ask what the next number should be, also other types of math-related word questions.
