how bout a cute pair of jeans/ dress pants and a 3/4 sleeve with a over sweater jacket/jean jacket or a cute sweater not a thick one.

casual... once you've jean capri's with a shiny colour tank and matching turn flops... keep the make as a lot as a minimum and seem organic yet appealing... pull you hair back in a messy pony tail... aww i wanna play dress up now or go paying for .... solid success

Depends what you look like! A very large brown paper bag over your head is one option, but if you are not ugly something see through is always a winner.
