Why would something I see in the sky that I can't identify have a government. The last time I saw a UFO it was blinking and buzzing around the backyard. It became an identified flying object when I realized it was a firefly between my inner door and the screen door. Why would something that flies but can't be said to be an identified thing at the time have a government ?

Yes . According to " a History of UFO`s and Governments - H.Schlemmer" they have a totalitarian type government that has no tolerance for morons !

If I were you , I`d be very worried if they ever invade Earth !

i should think so.i mean, all higher organisms follow some type of hierarchy, do they not?it is in my belief that the pilots and other members of alien society may have evolved beyond the need for an individual based govt, and have a sort of hive mentality.all beings exist for the good of the hive.just a thought.
