It depends,
In my opinion women mature faster so a 19 year old woman with a 27 year old man sounds fine to me. And im talking from experience. I met my Fiance when i was 19 and we will be together 7 years in the summer. If you are looking for a serious relationship without the games I think its great to date someone older. As far as a Guy dating a older woman i have to say im not sure. I dont know anyone who has tried it.

It's legal. I'm not sure of why an 18 year old would want to date a 27 year old. They wouldn't have any friends in common and they wouldn't have anything to talk about. Obviously, the relationship is only about the sex.

They are an adult and can choose who they want to be with. As long as you have something in common and the older party isn't feeling like and treating you like they are a parent, I think you can have a healthy relationship.
Although, I was once married to a man 12 yrs older than me and we had such an age gap that it didn't work out (there were other BIGGER problems though).

I think it's fine as long as you two don't have a problem with it.
When my parents started dating, mom was 18 and dad was 28 and they've been happily married for about 16 years.

Creepy. Pervert. Pedophile (so to speak). I know he's only interested in sex. What else does a child have to offer to a man. And don't take offense to that, but you don't even have a life yet. You just graduated school. You probably have a minimum wage job, and think that MTV is so cool. He's not dating your for you're mind or what you have to offer to society. It's all about looks, and sex. Sorry to be so blunt. What do your parents think?

Well that person is of legal age but, it still will be a gap in maturity and there is still the question of why someone that much older would want to date someone that young?
