GLOBAL WARMING LIARS; THE PROOF
by Michael Rush
It’s been recently established that ex-VP and ecological warrior Al Gore uses over 20 times the amount of energy than the average American consumes, thereby illuminating a copious magnitude of hypocrisy on a man who had freshly been honored with the best documentary feature Academy Award for the runaway hit that is his global warming-***-environmental treatise slash slideshow An Inconvienent Truth
My central problem with Al Gore’s particular brand of hypocrisy is the fact that he’s Al Gore: politician, celebrity, activist, and self-proclaimed internet architect. If he were just some guy spewing vomitous, mindless, unsolicited, insipid, and uninformed opinions in a blog on the internet that is rarely read by anyone (hmm… sounds sort of familiar), then his hypocrisies wouldn’t even register as a blip on my radar. But because he’s Al Gore (and not just any run-of-the-mill Al Gore mind you....

"Sorry, but your article has nothing to do with global warming, or whether the theory has scientific validity. While we're on the subject of whether on person's personality or lifestyle can discredit their opinions, are you aware of Michael Savage's background?"
Stop trying to change the argument. It is not whether or not the earth is warming. Any idiot with a smidgen of historical knowledge knows that the earth has been warming for thousands and thousands of years. The debate is whether or not this is caused by man and the chief spokesman for this absurd assertion is using twenty times the energy than the common man. Wake up. Oh, and the article wasn't written by Michael Savage.

"The entire planet is on the same page.. except for us? why?"
Now that is quite an assertion. Care to back it up? Have you ever actually read books on the subject, or are you like every other brainwashed person?
Unstoppable Global Warming Every 1500 Years, by physicist Fred Singer and economist Dennis Avery
The Chilling Stars: A New Theory of Climate Change, by Danish physicist Henrik Svensmark and former BBC science writer Nigel Calder (Icon Books)

Never have and when I read last month in National Geographic on-line that Mars polar ice caps are melting at the same rate as earths. My issue is not that there has been a .5 degree rise over the last 50 years or so but rather what is causing it. What we DON'T need are more Government laws and regulations which will inevitably raise taxes.

Sorry, but your article has nothing to do with global warming, or whether the theory has scientific validity. While we're on the subject of whether a person's personality or lifestyle can discredit their opinions, are you aware of Michael Savage's background? Michael Savage, the gay bashing conservative was once Michael Weiner, the bisexual hippie herbalist:
"Neoconservative scholar Stephen Schwartz... an acquaintance of Savage from [the 1970's] reported that Savage once posed naked in a photograph with [Allen] Ginsberg while swimming in Hawaii and used the photograph as sort of a "calling card." One such letter describes an encounter with a black man, interpreted by some as sexual in nature. Savage has denied the nature of the letter, claiming that it is part of a "smear campaign" by "gay fascists." Another acquaintance of Savage from this time was poet and author Neeli Cherkovski who says that Weiner had dreamed of becoming a stand-up comic in the mold of Lenny Bruce. During this time Savage also worked for famous psychedelic drug advocate Timothy Leary."
My advice is don't listen to either of these guys, Gore or "Savage" Weiner. Read a little of the science yourself and decide.

Who the hell is Michael Rush.. as for Al Gores fuel consumption, that's fairly disingenuous.. I would love to see Air Force One's fuel bill, lastly, what you and every other dogged, head in the sand, anti intellectual, mass consuming, chest thumping Yankee forgets to acknowledge.. is that Al Gore is neither the loudest nor the smartest person making this argument. The entire planet is on the same page.. except for us? why? maybe because we use roughly 1/3 of all of the worlds resources? So it's in our best "current" interest to politicize the issue with foolish rants like the one you just laid out? Instead of addressing the fact that we squander and waste much more than we are entitled to? is your SUV that important to you ? and the beauty of all of this is.. the technocrats from on high are kicking your a$$ and your pocket book more and more every day?...
I've got a great bridge for sale... cheap!

Global Warming.
Revelation 16:8-9 (King James Version)
8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.
9 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.
Science.
1 Timothy 6:20 (King James Version)
20 O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:
21 Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen.

Your article talks about excessive energy use by prominent environmental activists but your question refers to evidence for man made global warming.
What are you actually asking?
Your question - man made global warming - for me the answer is simple: I don't have to believe or not believe. If global warming is likely to happen, and if my actions can help reduce its impact whether or not it is caused by humans or by natural cycles, then it is my duty, my obligation, to do what I can for future generations. This is not a faith based issue but rather an issue of whether we feel any obligation to future generations to consider any possibilities to improve their lot.
