I think it's in a shoe commercial and its says "Watching me watching you.."

and that's the only phrase I remember...

i think that you're talking about the old navy commercial. where a whole bunch of girls are walking around in shorts and some of the things in the background become cartoon-ish. i googled it right now but i still can't get it. i'll answer this again if i find the answer

ok the song is called "Watching You" and it is by the Rogue Traders =)
