It is real and legitimate, and there are no complaints against it at all that I can find online. What a very interesting and refreshing concept in online auctions! I think I will try it out for myself now.

It's apparently legit....although...I have heard of a few winners having difficulty getting their items. Silvertag policy is 30 days from date of win--I know of one who waited almost 60 days and another who has yet to receive his/her item--well over 60 days. Shipping is a problem with this website, too. Some things come requiring a signature and others don't--and from what I can tell most is sent uninsured.
