it has 2 bumps on it. one close to the edge of the fin and one near the middle. What caused it?

the bumps are small and they are the color of it's tail

they are only on the tail nowhere else and I don't believe anyothers have it.

Can you describe the bumps a little more? How big, what color on both sides of the tail or only one... do you see and bumps anywhre else on the fish or on any other fish in the tank? All this will be important to helping you figure this one out.

if when your guppy was bought it wasnt like it then it could be a fungal infection! if they look like white spots it could be white spot, buy some water medication and add a few drops to your tank, its contagus and deadly, if it starts spreading to other fish then dont buy anymore until you have it cleared up.

its sick.. some kind of deadsease myabe uncleean water or something.. my fish died becuase of it =(

If they are white, it's got Ich.
