theres nothing like a baby girl,
to touch your heart and change your world,
a little girl, so pretty in pink,
to make you smile with just one wink,
within these pages pictures show,
a baby girl and how she grows,
into a little girl who changes each day, your the most wonderful blessing to ever come our way

"When God wants something special done in this world...

He sends a baby and then...

He waits.

-Author Unknown"

I would then include a few personal words about how special Megan is...something from your heart will mean more than any "published" poem you might copy.

the 5 month will not even know who you are, so your aim is should be to make the parents comfortable. flatter them with-
sweet sweet
little angel
tweet tweet
sweet dimples X2
Fill all space on the card with such nonsense. The mother may invite you for a cup of coffee coz she'd be elated.
good luck

just go with whatever you think sounds right.. it doesn't need to rhyme or anything. you'll feel a lot better if you just put in some effort to describe what a blessing she is and how you plan to watch her grow and etc etc. it doesn't have to be long. and it will sound ncie and original ^^
