Why not do an easter egg hunt inside of your house? Or you can do a sort of chain hunt, where you give them a clue to the location of the first egg, which would contain the clue for the next egg in it and so on. The last egg could have a really cool prize or something fun in it.

as teenagers they need to start putting more emphasis on the religious aspect of the holiday and not the Hallmark side of it. Take the time and teach them about Jesus and his Crucifixion and Resurrection. Maybe try reading or take turns reading the passages in the bible that speak of the 'Easter season'. Attend a church service. I know it is not along the lines of a word search, but it is just a thought.

Our family loves to play games:
pictionary
cranium
scene it
catch phrase
balderdash
(the list goes on)
However, we still like to do egg hunts too (ages 22, 26 & 30) and mom will fill the eggs with other things besides candy:
money
movie tickets
gift cards
mints
lottery tickets
