The whole country will be eagerly watching the olympics. Wouldn't this be a great opportunity to inform a public that's denied a free press? Maybe we can athletes to get Tibet or Falun Gong tatoos or something:)

It's no use, you won't be able to see anything through the pollution anyway. Watching everyone being forced to run while wearing a gas mask will be entertaining enough.

paramada - the only people who would be mad would be the Chinese and they'd probably look more confused than angry. That crowd's not too bright.

I'd expect that the Chinese government would be looking for this kind of behavior and would react in a very unpleasant manner towards those holding and displaying such flags. I'm thinking disappearances, jailings, etc. They're not much into free speech.

Politics should be kept out of the games. They are not the place, Aside from the fact that I really doubt you could get them in. China is not known for free speech and would probably deal harshly with anyone who tried to make them look bad during the games.

I'm all for it, but I'm sure the flags would be confiscated at the stadium entrance.

terrific idea! if you do so, I believe you would have pissed off all young guys there and then.....only terrible shout comes out from a crowd. the God bless you a complete body.
