I've had the crotch rocket for 1 week and 1 day. The day after I got it I was kicked out of my house and I can't afford all this stuff and buy another car. So, I need to get rid of this crotch rocket so that I may buy a car. But, how? Can I just return it to the dealer, I mean I haven't even made my first payment. And I only put 200 miles on the bike.

Try. Go to the dealer and explain. The worst that can happen is they will say no, but they might charge you for usage and take it back. It depends on your local consumer laws, and your approach. Be polite, be sincere, and ask for help.

nope. this bike is legally ur's and u are legally responsible for the payments unless u sell the bike to someone else. go ahead and try to return it to the dealer if u want to be laughed out of the shop...which will happen.
u wont get as much as u put into it since it's now a used bike...u could have been runnin it extremely hard for those 200 miles. u might have been able to get close to what u paid for it if this had been a cruiser, but even metric cruiser's lose quite a bit of resale value, crotch rockets will lose the most.

Most states have a 72 hours buyers return law. However after that time frame the dealer and bank are not liable to take a return.

Best bet is to go to the lender and the dealer and ask. They can do nothing but say no. As someone else answered talk to the lender most times they are willing to work with you as they are not interested in the bike but in the money.

Meanwhile think about the fact that gas prices are expected to reach the $4 a gallon mark this summer.

If it's financed through a bank, I'd let them know what's going on.

Yes, you can return it but you still have to pay for it.
