The first thing I`D do is get one of those organizer pill boxes that are marked "Mon" "Tues" "Wed" etc . It`s obvious you haven`t been taking your medication regularly . I`m sure your psychiatrist mentioned to you it`s got to be taken 3 times a day EVERY day .
A common problem patients with your condition have when on anti-psychotic drugs is that as soon as they start feeling normal , they think they`re cured , and don`t need the pills anymore , so they stop taking them .
As a result , the patient goes completely bonkers ! Take my advice ........... get back on your medication .......... immediately !

UFOs are good at covering their tracks,nobody believes the victim,and like you they left out in the cold,to look like idiots.

Telling a story like that, I am not surprised people didn't believe you. I think you need a little more imagination if you want to tell a good story. That wouldn't hold up even as a Year 3 story-telling assignment, sorry.
