my husband is the same .. he looks at it every chance he gets . if i leave the room for 5 minutes and come back and look at the computer history , hes looked at over 40 pictures. its not a one time thing, its a daily thing. not only does he look at it, but when i show him the history pages and say i know he does it, he then says he didnt look at it ( even though we are both staring at the proof ) i think most porn addicts are also compulsive liars .
but to answer your question i dont think they really do love their wife or girlfriend because they are to selfish to care . and yes i think people who cant go a day without looking at porn and devote their life to porn are more likely to cheat, rather than someone who isn;t messed up like that

I feel the exact same way about pornography as you do. I think it is a disgusting and degrading thing, and yes.. it does ruin many relationships. Sadly though, there's really not much at all that we can do to put an end to that sort of thing. The reality is, there will always be women/girls out there who are willing to pose for those pictures, while knowing what those photos are being used for.. and by whom. It is a very disgusting industry, but as long as men (and women) continue to look at it.. it will continue. The same goes for the videos. If people weren't buying them.. they wouldn't make them. The simple truth is, porn will always be around. But if you do come across a photo of a girl who appears to be underage, or something that seems like it was taken without the consent of the female involved.. then you can call the police, and notify them of what you've seen.. and tell then your suspicions, and let them see what can be done. But to do that, you would almost certainly have to troll the porn sites.. which i seriously doubt you want to do. As long as the participants are 18 or older, it is completely legal, and there is nothing we, or the police can do to stop it. It's a sad truth.. but that's just the way it is. Honestly.. I have a hard time understanding what anyone sees in those people on those videos or in the pictures. I mean, in all seriousness.. they are so incredibly photoshopped, and the acts are "staged" for the most part. There is nothing even almost "sexy" about what they do. It's just disgusting.. I have no respect whatsoever for people who choose to do that sort of thing. This one of the few topics that I could go on and on about for hours. Like I said, I feel exactly the same as you do... but the reality is, there is nothing we can do about it.

Yes, no good to health.
How to avoid porn addiction on the Internet
1. Consider installing porn content filtering software( Strongly Recommend NetDog Porn Filter, you can get it from www.netdogsoft.com ) on your computer. it will help to protect you from stumbling into pornography by accident, That's important.
2. Do not try to guess what the address of a Web page is. Many pornographic sites have similar addresses of respectable sites. For example www . whitehouse . com is a porn site. The real address is www. whitehouse . gov
3. Never click on Web site addresses that you receive in an unsolicited email.
4. Do not open attachments that come in email that are unsolicited.
5. Use filtered search engines or reputable directories to find the information you need.
6. Do not search for terms like girls. Think before you enter a search term.
Stick with reputable sites.
If something looks questionable, don't let curiosity get the best of you. Delete it or close the window.

Where do you get this "addict" stuff? And what does erotica per se have to do with infidelity?
First of all, relationships are not destroyed by "things" but by people. Best example I can give you is that phrase used by the NRA,"guns don't kill people..." And erotica doesn't destroy relationships. Any more than doughnuts can be blamed for making people fat.
Millions of men AND women enjoy erotica, either as literature or video, and they lead very happy lives together, and have no desire to be unfaithful.
What someone may do because he or she has no self-control or sense of comitttment, that's a personality defect - not the fault of something like a web site, a DVD, or a strip club.
The world is full of "addicts;" people who lack self-control. They make it hard for the rest of us who have control.

You know what will eventually make them cheat on their wife or girlfriend? The wife or girlfriend always putting them down for who they are and accusing them of being selfish and cheating. Trying to make them feel insignificant and wrong for what they enjoy. It is possible for some one who enjoys visual stimulation to love their spouse they love them more in fact when they receive unconditional love and acceptance from them.
That's a silly question it is like asking if it is possible for tobacco addict to truly love their partner. Just because they have things they enjoy that not everyone else enjoys.

What the hell is a porn "Addict".
Lets be careful how we throw the term addiction around.
There is not much physical reaction when porn is removed from someones life.
On the flip side, pornography is actually the method men use in lieu of cheating. It is a method of funneling that instinctive
need to spread the seed into a monogamous relationship.
Be relieved that it is porn he might seek instead of another warm body.

The fact that a man likes to watch porn has absolutely nothing to do with cheating..It is a proven fact that men in general are more visually stimulated.Sound's like you have some insecurities that you need to work on..

Porn addicts! Haha, what kind of loser are you married too? Now, if your husband just looks at porn from time to time, he's not an addict and you are over reacting. This does happen especially in religious circles.

Not exactly. There are cases where someone turns to porn because they know very well they can't get in bed with someone else.
