In some ways they might look similar. But generally NO. I am Armenian and I have been confused for a Greek, Italian, Mexican, and Iranian. If you have read history then you know that Armenia, Turkey, Greece and Iran had what they call "cradle of civilizations" There were many wars, there were many intermarriages, and there were many mix of these people. While Turks originally come from Asia, by mixing with others in the middle east and Caucasus, they are today compared to Greeks, Italians, Armenians and Iranians.

In terms of military power USA, UK and France are a hundred times more powerful than any of the others, because they have nuclear weapons. Then it would probably be Turkey, Iran, Greece, Armenia in that order.
However, in terms of numbers (including reserves) it's in this order; Iran (including paramilitary Basij) 11,570,000, Turkey 1,100,000, US 1,025,000, Greece 365,000, UK 146,000, France 145,000 and a smaller number for Armenia. However, numbers by no mean account for military might, you have to take into account that the US, UK and France have much more sophisticated equipment than Greece for example - and everyone will have more sophisticated equipment than the Basij (without them Iran's regular army numbers around 550,000)
