coke a cola will dissolve the rust. however, there are 2 things to consider:
1. are there any soft stones in the setting, like opals?
2. if they rusted in the first place then they are either plated and the plating has been breached or they are of low gold or silver content. you may be better off getting another pair rather than risking getting iron oxide in your blood stream, it could lead to Tetnis.

your having a teen hearing problem or you have put water in your ears by accident , it may also be a symptom of a cold...put the volume down on things, try to keep things calm... OR My teacher has this weird little problem with her ears i forgot what it was called but it happens to me sometimes, you hear little things a lot like sirens when sirens are not going on, or a fuzzing sound, i have that problem as well as many many others in my class its not a big problem its a way of life.. you cant fix it by what my teacher says

It sounds like it's cheap jewelry. Try getting some that is real gold or real silver as this will eliminate all of the unsightly things that you see when it comes to lower end stuff.

Good luck!
